Speyer

Speyer Cathedral is considered the world's largest Romanesque church. The mighty building has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1981. Its crypt houses the tombs of the emperors and kings of the Salier and Staufer dynasties. With the Historical Museum of the Palatinate, the Jewish Baths, the Feuerbach House and the Purrmann House, the city on the other side of the Rhine offers further attractions.
